    AlRashid: The meeting aims to deepen communication between the Chamber and businesswomen


    Under the patronage of her Highness Princess Abeer Bint Faisal Al Saud the annual business women organized by the East Chamber Wednesday October 23, 2013, at the great Hall of ceremonies Sheraton Dammam. Chairman of the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Rashed Alrashed appreciated this effort, stressing that the meeting aims to strengthen and deepen communication between the Chamber and the business, Al Rashid said that the East Chamber in the event of conviction to the role of women in economic life, shape broad areas in this area women that creates and large achievements for themselves and their communities and the nation in General, as part of plans and activities promoting women's economic activity in the region.
    Alrashed said women's participation in program and activities organized by the Eastern Chamber are clear, many recently, after the great success achieved through SME development program for women (how to start your small business and how to start your own business from home), as well as in the committees of the Chamber, such as the Executive Council of businesswomen, women's concerns Committee, Business Council and the resulting events and programs.
    AlRashid noted that women's participation in the Chamber called for personalization sites at the Chamber to strengthening of the role of the Centre for women in business and women's events including the annual reception for businesswomen. Al-Rashed said the significant developments taking place in the Kingdom in the field of women's participation in public life, from access to the boards, as candidates and voters, and ending with the arrival of the Shura Council, stressing that the next room will spare no effort in working for the development of women's performance on the economic front.
